Low rider for a tandem CT

We have a new tandem with different forks and wish to fit a low rider. The Blackburn one we had doesn't fit due to the disc brake. A Tunis Tara seems the best option, so will this fit please?

I saw a lowrider rack for sale when looking for one for our new Hase Pino 

it was for sale at Spa cycles I phoned them but it was for the front forks like you want . It might be worth you looking.Just to add I don't know what bike it will fit

A few people have said yes including JD cycles, so ordered from Spa Cycles
